As the Technical Developer you ll:

• Lead the design development and maintenance of customized Airtable systems to meet operational needs.
  
• Create advanced automations and workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  
• Integrate Airtable with tools like Zapier PandaDocs HubSpot Miro and more for seamless functionality.
  
• Collaborate with teams to solve operational pain points and optimize workflows.
  
• Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and track performance.
  
• Train staff and stakeholders to effectively utilize technical systems.
  

This is a handson role where you ll directly impact the organization s efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience in Airtable development and customization.
  
• Strong skills in automation tools like Zapier PandaDocs and HubSpot.
  
• Familiarity with nocode/lowcode platforms and API integrations.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills.
  
• Commitment to longterm growth and stability in a dynamic role.
  
• Bonus: Bilingual (English and Spanish).
