Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent and play a key role in supporting data enrichment tasks for a prominent healthcare client. We're looking for someone committed to high-quality work and eager to contribute to our quality control process.

What You'll Do:

Handle both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases.
Review and complete enrichment tasks as defined and trained by the client.
Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of tasks.
Take on additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Comfortable with both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work 40 hours per week and start immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle process and information changes.
Capable of working independently and as an active team member.
Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
Proficient with computers and technology.
Pay Rate: $16 USD/hour
