Job Title: UI/UX Designer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs goals and pain points.
• Create personas journey maps and usability reports to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes that illustrate user interface functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback.
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with developers product managers and other team members to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing to validate designs and gather insights.
• Iterate on designs to optimize user experience based on feedback and analytics.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while exploring creative solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative ideas into the design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG ADA compliance).
• Background in visual design or graphic design.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
