Join a Remote Mental Health Team: Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

We’re looking for a dedicated mental health therapist to join our remote team and make an impact from anywhere in California. Help clients navigate their mental health journeys with flexibility and support, all while working from home.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct secure, virtual therapy sessions for clients of all ages.
• Work with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to address mental health concerns.
• Offer ongoing support and coping strategies to help clients overcome life’s challenges.
• Maintain clear, confidential records of client progress and treatment goals.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with best practices.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• You are licensed in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• You have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• You bring 1-4 years of experience working with a variety of clients.
• You are comfortable using telehealth tools and remote therapy platforms.
• You are compassionate, client-centered, and able to work independently.
