What you will be doing:

• Provision of Care: Provides highquality medical care under the supervision/collaboration of the staff physician.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the life span and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patients status.
• Interprets appropriate information needed to identify each patients requirements relative to his/her agespecific needs.
• Administers health care through diagnosis of illness and physical conditions through assessment and clinical evaluation of patients of all ages.
• Develops a plan for treatment.
• Patient Satisfaction: Keeps patients and significant others informed of the process of care maintains awareness of the patients needs during the practice visit and attempts to meet those needs.
• Includes the patients family and/or significant others in the process of care when appropriate.
• Documentation: Obtains complete detailed and accurate patient histories reviews patient records performs physical exams and records all pertinent data to develop a comprehensive medical status diagnosis and clinical treatment plan for all assigned patients.

Experience you will need:

• Board Certification
• NYS License
• Diploma in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Required Certifications: Board Certified Physician Assistant / Physician Assistant in NY State
• Years of Experience: 1 25 years
