Job Description

As the Office Coordinator in this professional services firm, you will be the coordinator on the team managing a variety of administrative tasks and projects.  You will manage incoming calls and emails, maintain reception and waiting areas, assist with creating meeting materials and generally provide the highest level of positive customer service to clients, guests and team members. This team is looking for a customer-service oriented individual who can help with administrative support in their beautiful office. About the Job:

• Manage busy phone lines for the entire office, greet guests, and serve as a general gatekeeper with the public.
• Coordinate and prepare conference rooms and manage busy conference room calendar.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Assist with planning office events and meetings.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing.
• Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
