Job Title: Graphic Designer / Design Architect with Commercial Real Estate Focus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer based in Latin America with a strong background in commercial real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating high-quality aerial markups, site plans, and market maps that meet institutional standards. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment to delivering results with a fast turnaround, often within the same day. The role is focused on supporting commercial real estate projects, ensuring that all graphic deliverables are polished and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aerial Markups & Site Plans: Create detailed and accurate aerial markups, site plans, and market maps for commercial real estate presentations.
• Graphic Design for Real Estate: Develop visually appealing graphic slides that integrate seamlessly into commercial real estate presentations.
• Institutional Quality Standards: Ensure all designs meet the high standards expected by institutional clients such as CBRE, JLL, and Newmark.
• Fast Turnaround: Consistently deliver high-quality work with a rapid turnaround time, often requiring same-day completion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the brokerage team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with client expectations.
• Adaptability: Be available to work around the clock to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Extensive experience as a graphic designer, specifically within the commercial real estate sector.
• Brokerage Experience: Previous experience working in a brokerage role is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software, with a strong ability to create site plans and aerial markups.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce work that is detailed, accurate, and aligned with institutional quality standards.
• Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines consistently.

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to $2,200 per month, commensurate with experience.
• Hours: Expectation of 45 hours per week, primarily on Eastern Time.
