This is a remote position.

Paradigm is searching for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. You ll work closely with our clients design team to bring concepts to life ensuring all designs align with the clients brand and resonate with their target audience.

Type: 12 Month Contract

Location: Fully Remote

As a Graphic Designer you will:

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging visual assets for digital and print platforms including website email campaigns sales materials advertisements and LinkedIn.
• Assist in the development of brand visuals and maintain consistency across all designs.
  
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members or clients.
  
• Prepare files for production and ensure they meet technical requirements.
  
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

• 3 years of graphic design experience.
  
• Proven experience or portfolio showcasing graphic design work (agency B2B internships freelance projects or personal work will be considered).
  
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  
• Basic understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  
• Experience with video editing motion graphics or web design tools like Figma or Canva is a plus.
  
• Preference for candidates with professional B2B experience and specific skills in highresolution vectorbased graphics and animations.
  
• Must have a portfolio of work to be considered for submission.
